âž” 1. About NTHE
The NRT India Talent Hunt Examination (NTHE) is organized by NRT India (Northern Research & Training in India). The initiative is designed to ignite curiosity among students and encourage excellence in competitive education through structured, level-wise competitions.
âž” 2. Eligibility
Students currently studying or having passed classes VIII, IX, X, XI, or XII in the Science stream are eligible to participate in the NTHE examination.

âž” 3. Age Limit
Students must meet the following age criteria as of 01 June:
- âž” Class VIII: 10.5 to 15 years
- âž” Class IX: 11.5 to 16 years
- âž” Class X: 12.5 to 17 years
- âž” Class XI: 13.5 to 18 years
- âž” Class XII: 14.5 to 20 years
âž” 4. Scholarships
Based on their ranks in the NTHE examination, 250 students will receive awards and scholarships as follows:
- âž” 1st Prize: Full year free coaching for Board Foundation & Competitive Target programs valued between Rs. 28,000 to Rs. 72,000 at any NRT India Campus, Lucknow.
- âž” 2nd Prize: One-year free coaching for Board Target & Competitive Tuition valued between Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 48,000 at any NRT India Campus, Lucknow.
- âž” 3rd Prize: 100% tuition fee rebate for one year for Board Foundation & Competitive Target programs worth Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 42,000.
- âž” 4th Prize: 100% rebate for one year on tuition fee (other than Board Foundation fee) worth Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 24,000.
- âž” 5th Prize: Educational gift prizes ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 5,000 for students ranked 5th to 50th.
Note: Students unable to seek admission or receive awards within the stipulated timeline will be eligible only for a certificate.
